Return and Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Eligibility

At Emerge Stores, we offer a Replacement Only policy. We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind." A replacement will be initiated only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective (functional issues).

  • The product received is physically damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was shipped to you.

2. Reporting Period

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. Requests made after this 48-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Replacement

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send an email to emerge.onlinesales@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damage or defect.

  3. Review: Our quality control team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be sent to you.

4. Conditions for Replacement

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must include all original tags, accessories, and manuals.

  • The product must not show signs of usage beyond what was necessary to discover the defect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items are not eligible for replacement if:

  • The damage is caused by improper use or handling by the customer.

  • The request is made after the 48-hour reporting window.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the replacement is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Emerge Stores will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

  • Please note: For any returns initiated, the customer is responsible for fulfilling and paying the return shipping costs.
